Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient, productive, and cost-effective kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation at all times
  • Prepare and cook dishes following standard recipes, procedures, and instructions
  • Oversee food quality, including taste, temperature, and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to portion standards
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, preventing the use of spoiled or contaminated ingredients
  • Ensure all kitchen staff adhere to food safety practices and are fit for food handling duties
  • Assist in menu planning, food promotions, and development/testing of new dishes
  • Support execution of banquet events and special promotions
  • Monitor and maintain consistent food production and presentation standards across all operations


Requirements:

·  Form 3 education or above

·  Minimum 10 years of solid experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in Chinese cuisine
